How I work
I am licensed both as a mortgage loan originator and as a REALTOR®. That combination is unusual, and it is deliberate. In a typical transaction, the lender and the agent work for different companies, use different systems, and often meet for the first time on your file. Deadlines slip in the gap between them.
When I represent you, there is no gap. I know exactly what underwriting will need before we write the offer, I can commit to a closing date and mean it, and when a condition comes back at 4:45pm on a Friday, I am the one handling it.
I work with first-time buyers, families moving up or downsizing, self-employed borrowers whose tax returns do not tell the whole story, and homeowners 62 and older weighing a reverse mortgage. What ties them together is wanting a straight answer.
You will always get my honest read, including when the honest read is that you should wait, or that a different product serves you better. That has cost me deals. It has also built a business that runs almost entirely on referrals.
